Welcome to the Pet Grooming Business Podcast with me, Bill Betts, where we give practical business advice to help you grow your pet grooming business. This podcast is sponsored by Low Pay, the low rate payment app that gives you more. So without further ado, let's get going.

Welcome, everyone. Welcome back to this next episode of our podcast. We are catching up today with Alex from Tillian Family. How are you, Alex? You right? I'm all good, Bill. How are you? Very good. Enjoying. Enjoying life. I love it. I love life And I love 100% natural products, Bill. Excellent. Well, perhaps we'll go into this in a bit just to recap and remind people what you do, but. Well, let's start now. So if people haven't heard of Tilly and Family before, explain to the listener what, what you do and what you make and how you do it.

At mine and Laura's company, Tilly and family, we make 100% natural pet care for dogs and horses and, and hopefully cats. So we're trying to get into the cat market as well because the shampoos can be used on cats as well, but mainly it's for doggies. And we have curated five different shampoo bars, all have different scents. We only use five ingredients. That is the pioneering part of these bars. No chemicals whatsoever. So they are good for your hands, which I know that groomers worldwide complain all the time about how their hands, this will actually help their hand.

But mainly it's for the dogs because the majority of shampoos on the market are chemical based and the ones that say they're natural are not. Okay. We are 100% five ingredients. Coconut or oil, activated charcoal, distilled water and the essential oils. And we know this because you actually make it in your, in, you know, you're standing in your, your kind of factory now and you're in your correct. You are the, you are the, the scientists, the, the maker, the doer of the business. Yes. The karate cause pots of the dog world.

Yes. That's what I like to try to aim for. Yeah, we're, we're very proud. We're very proud with how the company is going, but mainly we're really pleased and over the moon that groomers worldwide and mums and dads worldwide for their doggies are just over the moon with what we make. And that was the aim from the, from the beginning with, to help the dogs because dogs can't talk. And, and many, many dogs, as people who are listening to this now know, suffer from skin irritation that can either come from breeding Their genetics, the food that they eat.

Also just the environment when they go out, you know, and they're in fields, and the fields are sprayed with chemicals, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But we like to think, and we know it's proven, that the shampoo bars here will clean up all types of issues that they've got, hence the five different bars that we do. Excellent. And we. We've got a couple of those bars at home and.

Well, we'll talk in a minute, actually, about horses, because I didn't realize about the horses, but we took our dogs, our labs, down to our horse, and they found a nice squishy horse poo, and she rolled in it. So I brought her home and gave her a bath and used your. Your bars. And my wife, who's the dog groomer, she's like, oh, they look really glossy and really soft. Really soft. So, Jace, that's what we want, Belle. That's it. Guess what they did afterwards? Rolled back in it again.

Yeah. The next day, we were down the horses again. They just rolled in the. In the. In the poo again. Or can you do a subscription package interest you? Yeah, when you've got Labradors like that, you might need it. So tell us what I was going to say. What flavors have you got? But what bars have you got? Well, let's start with bergamot and lemongrass. Okay, so bergamot and lemongrass, the essential oils we use for this particular bar, it's called the no Flies on Me bar. Bergamot and lemongrass are the best essential oils that you can find that naturally will repel ticks, fleas, midges, flies, anything that buzzes.

Once you get that into the skin, the ticks. And they don't want to go near. Know what I mean? Once you massage that in. To the fur, in. Into the skin, on. In a kind of. In a. In a. In a regular way. In a religious sense. Not religious sense, Gez. No, no, in a. You know what I mean? Yeah, religiously. You rub it in religion. I'm not trying to be all gospel here.

Yeah. So that one does that. We have a puppy shampoo that is rose oil and bergamot, or oils that's very gentle for them to begin their lives with. So the bergamot helps to repel. To repel things. But the rose is great for their skin. So when their skin is really soft, when they're born for the first kind of year, that will. That will nourish them. It will keep their skin as soft as pot, as hot as possible.

We also have lavender and rosemary.

I know that lavender, it could be Marmite to Pete people, blah, blah, blah. Not just for the smell. It's not just for us, it's for them. And lavender is wonderful to calm dogs. So it's not only just a shampoo, it could be a medicine, you know, or a. Or a, you know, like a soother. You can lather it up before they go to sleep, rub it behind their ears and it gently goes into their. Their bedding, into their skin and it will calm them. My colleague, we rescued her, you know, nut back, bing, bing, bing, bing, bing.

You know, I do that if she's upset or anxious. She calms down thunderstorms and fireworks. Totally. Exactly, Bill. And it's a natural way of doing it, not pumping them full of, you know, to make medication. Yeah. Ocean rose and vanilla that we make is, is. Is a game changer in the dog world for the bully breeds. And any dog that's got sensitive skin. Rose and vanilla, the essential oils will soothe any skin irritation. Groomers love this as well. For their hands. Yeah, they love. They love it.

We have many Groot groomers that buy this for themselves. So they'll buy a pack and they'll buy one for themselves. Just to use. No, if people. Oh, sorry, there's one more, isn't there? Yeah, Lefty, you just grab one of those bare ones, please. Cheers, mate. Well, while they're doing that, when, when you get these bars and you can see, if you. When you watch this on the video, you can. You can see these bars are made up of two parts. So you've got the shampoo part. And what's the bit on the bottom?

Ah, well, that's the charcoal. That's the magic that strips all the fox poop and all the toxins. Nice. So that. So it's a two in one bar. So you've got a. You've got a detoxifier. A stripper pulls out all the smell, but also heals the dog as well. It doesn't mask it. Many shampoos on the, on the market will mask that smell, but it won't strip all the toxins out.

So when I'm washing my horse pool for my Labrador next week, because it will happen again. How. How do I actually physically use the bar? Because maybe I wasn't doing it. Quite right. I'll show you a demo.

Talk us through it as well, for people listening. Yeah, yeah, Cool. So you put on the glove. We give you a glove. So if you're not. It's not A visual thing here. Now, if you're listening, we give you in. In each pack, we give you an exfoliating glove. Yeah. The glove is the machine. Have to run this. The glove is the machine. Don't use the bar on the dog. Use the glove, like on yourself. You wet the glove the whole way through.

Now, obviously, you can't see this. I have to describe it. So the charcoal side, like you said, your dog is rolls. Boom. You're like, oh, geez, not again. Wow. Oh, great. Charcoal side. You rub that onto the glove, it will froth up. Yeah. Magic. As you can see. Boom. Look. Look at that froth. Look at that. It's not gonna drop. Boom. But also it goes dark. Don't be afraid of it going dark. There's some people say, oh, my God, it's a bit black. It's really. That. That's the charcoal.

That is the. It will go gray that we're not. You then go just to the bits where the fox poo is. Yeah. Or the horse poo, or the badger poo or the dinosaur poo. And you strip it off and it will come off straight away. You know, it's magic. It will pull it out. It will pull it all, all out. Then you rinse that off.

It's a one rinse thing. See? Off. Then you flip the bar to the colored side and you rub that in. And that is lovely. That's your shampoo. Yeah, that's there. And then you rub that in. And if you're on a walk, you can leave that on. So you've stripped the fox poo on. You apply that afterwards, you leave that on. And then when you get home, you completely rinse. This podcast is sponsored by Low Pay. Low pay is half the price of sum up and zettle, so you keep more of the money that you earn.

Rates start at 0.79%. So when out. So instead of letting our dogs stink our van out, we could probably do it before, you know, if we got a bit of water, he could do that before. On our Instagram feed, there's a. There's a little thing. We actually did this just this weekend before we went to the Great British Grooming Show. We were. We were at a train station at Stafford. Beautiful Stafford. And we sold to people they wanted to know. And literally, if you go onto Instagram, you'll see the little clip.

I used like a tiny amount of mineral water from the bottle that I've got. All you have to do is wet the glove completely. That's all it needs. Look at it and it keeps on going. Look, keep up, keep. It keeps on bubbling. Yeah, it's magic. And it's.

Oh, you can use it on yourself as well. So you're washing your. You did your beard now? Yeah, yeah, it's.

Tell us about the fifth bar. There was a fifth. Oh, the fifth part. Right. This is one that we've. We. We wanted to do a few years ago, but more and more we've noticed that a lot of groomers and. And. And customers, you know, and mums and dads, they're. They're cautious about the. The oils, the oily fur.

Literally this here is charcoal, coconut or oil. That's it. There's no scent. So for some dogs that are really, really sensitive, this is their medicine.

And groomers actually buy this as well for their hands when they've got really sore hands. It's the same application. You'd rub. You'd rub that on, rinse it off, then use the coconut on the top. You leave that for a bit and rinse off. So that's the new. It is. We're just get there. As you know, we have our family as Brutus, Lord and Lady Pug Fleur. You can't. The camera's not this Tilly. Sergeant McDorre. But we're going to speak about the poor bomb as well. That's magic as well.

And this one, we've got a. Well, everyone have to wait and see who's joining the. The fact. The family. But he's very cute. Very cute. Excellent. And tell us about the poor bomb. Right, the poor bomb. That again is done on the same kind of ethos of just five ingredients.

That is beeswax, coconut oil, shea butter, vitamin E and olive oil. That's it. There's no scent. A lot of people when we're at shows and I'm dedemosed, I'll smell it and go. Doesn't smell of anything. Any balm that has got a scent has got an oil like. Like a. It's got a. You can't put. How do I say, perfume on the pores or the noses or the cuts or the creases. So it's just natural. It's just natural goodness from Mother Nature just blended up. But the kicker with this one, just a beeswax.

Beeswax is something called a humicant. I know there's probably people now. Oh, my God. He's talking science as adult. It's not. When the dogs lick their pores and their skin, if they've got a cut after Applying it, the humicant, they activate the ingredients. Not a lot of people know. I know you're not, you know, but a lot of bombs don't have that in. People will open them. Oh, my God. That smells like, you know, a peach Melba or whatever. No, stay away. Well, you can do what you want, but I would stay away.

Stay away from the scent. With Paul bombs. Stay away.

So that's your, that's your, your product range. So how. Well, I was going to talk about. I wanted to know a little bit more about horses, actually, because I. I've not heard that you did horse. Oh, well, I know. Well, I didn't really. Sorry. Alice is running off to get a horse shampoo now.

Is it coming like bigger bars? Yes, bigger bars. So this guy's lucky lad.

He's another member of the family. The shampoo is called. It's a winner because it just does win all the time. Now this one is the similar. Well, it's not similar. It's the same process. Yeah. The bigger bar. And it's peppermint and lavender with the charcoal as well. The charcoal for horses isn't necessarily for fox, badger or dinosaur because they don't roll in that. It's for the stains on the backs of their legs. Yeah. That will strip it all out. It will take those stains away. Peppermint and lavender or oil.

The lavender is wonderful to car, but also if their muscles. But the peppermint is for flies. You rub that on. I mean, that's potent there. Now, I mean, I know like I think I've said before, we want musks to invent like smell o vision so people get the idea of it. I mean, at the moment we're, we're putting on neem oil and stuff like that. And it is. I mean, my wife gets back in the van after we've been down the horse, I'm like, oh, my God, you stink.

That's not a good smell. It's not, is it? But this, I mean, this one, which boxes out. This one was made two years ago. And that still, that is. That's toothbrush fresh. That, that's, that's good. That's. So it's going to help with a bit of fly repellent. Yes. You know, because it's all natural as well. You can leave it on. Obviously, you don't put it in their eyes, you know, put it up their nose, you just rub it around, put it on their ears. So say same process.

Like wet, wet the hair, love, completely. Lather it up and Leave it on. We're going to. Where is it? Horse World. To Horse World. To properly, like, launch. You actually got a brand ambassador. We'll speak about those in a minute. We've got a brand ambassador in Ireland in Cork, and she actually thinks that this, for her, she's a dog groomer, but she thinks this is going to be great for her to sell on the side. Speak to you more about the brand ambassadors and the bundles. See, I mean, that's why.

That's why I wanted to explore it with you, because I know, you know, many of my clients that are dog groomers, but many of them have horses themselves. They kind of go hand in hand. Yeah, yeah. That was really interesting. And I understand cats. You know, cats are very obviously a completely different animal and they. They absorb a lot of chemicals and stuff through their skin. Is that what's sort of. Where's the same thing? It's the same thing. I mean, one thing with cats that people don't really kind of appreciate.

They can't even nose an owner unless you put one of those video cams. Yeah. On them, is you don't know where that cat's been all day. Dog. You kind of do. I mean, that cat could have been in a bin just all day. And I know that there's a lot of cat group groomers out there and owners that will say, oh, a cat doesn't like to be washed. The beauty of the glove is they don't even know they're being washed. Yeah. They're just being stroked. You know, there's a lot of.

I get a lot of. Especially with the mums and dads that, oh, my dog hates being washed. I can't get the dog in the bar. They don't know. You just lather it up and rub it on and then lather it and rinse it out and pull it all out. It's gone. Spot washing. Yeah. Hot wash. Yeah. Yeah, cool. So this year, Crufts was your first year, wasn't it? The first year? Yes, yes. No one told me there's concrete floor at Crufts, did they? Oh, what's the issue with that?

I don't see moccasins on with my waistcoat. So my suit. Yeah. That was changed to a pair of Ugg boots straight away. Do you know what I mean? Did you fall over? Yeah, it was. It was amazing. We were honored to be accepted there. We were honored to be there.

It was fantastic. We couldn't expect more from what we got. Do you know what I mean? We. We will be doing it again, obviously on a bigger stand, because the traction we've got. Ever since Crufts, we've kind of like, you know what I mean? It's a showpiece, as everyone knows, but we met so many different types of people there, you know what I mean? Whereas at the dog shows you go to, you just meet people who are, you know. But a lot of people that go to cross may not even have dogs, but people bought it for themselves.

I want to buy this for a gift, you know, way that people, people can't see our range, we. We give them in cute little bags, you know, so we had loads of people buying them as gifts. But all, all in all, we will prepare more for where. For shifts and things for working. Because it was overwhelming. I mean, it was, you know, I mean, it's full on, isn't it? It's so much talking. Oh, so many people sort of passing and then you've got people waiting, you're talking, talking to someone else and you feel guilty.

It's kind of like being at a, like Disney World for dogs. You know, use the things and people, you know, it was magic. It was great. Brilliant. We in, we, we loved it. And ever since then we've had like, our interest is just shot. Yes. So obviously pet groomers themselves can buy this to use on their animals and use on customers animals if they're specific for a shampoo. But you also do sort of a white label option as well, correct? Yes, we can make white label for people if they wish for their company to have an addition to their range.

So we do that. Obviously, I'm not going to say the names of people that we do it for. We do it for numerous people at the moment who love the idea of it. But, but, but don't want to put up, you know me, I don't have to explain what Wiley. Yeah, but, yeah, so we do it in the same way. We construct a bar for them in their colors and then they can pick scents. But obviously there's only a few cents you can use completely 100%, naturally.

That's one thing I would say to anyone who's listening and they go, oh, we want you to do that. If you go down the route of using an oil that isn't 100, you can't put that on the. Yeah. It doesn't go with your values, does it? No, no, I want to be 100 because. Yeah. And if white label isn't quite what. What someone's interested in. You also have openings for brand ambassadors. As well, yes, yes, yes, yes.

Well, we got 10 at the moment, which is amazing. And people seem to want to jump on the Tilly train, you know, more and more. I've got a conversation with someone in a minute. A brand ambassador. What we do is obviously they get a discount on bundles. They get a discount, blah, blah. But they, they promote it. So what they do in their salon, they use the shampoo and then they sell on the product to the mums and dads, which are these cute little gift packs, like I said we were doing at crafts.

They're small pores and they're for spot washes at home and that for a brand ambassador and for groomers in general. If they, you know, we, we want as many as possible.

It creates a business within a bit within a business.

Brand bastards also go and do shows. They go and do dog shows under the. We work for Tilly and Fat and Fat and Family. And they get a banner like this, you know what I mean? They have their logo at the top in association with Tilly and Family. I mean, it's been, it's great, it's a success. It pushes us out into parts of the country in Europe and the States, blah, blah, blah, blah. We can't be there ourselves. Excellent. So you're not only just looking for. Sorry, you're not only looking for brand ambassadors in the uk, but you're, you're pushing, like you said, wider and globally.

Tilly wants to rule the world and she's gone it. Yeah, we want, we, we want to glow, Glow global. I mean, we've got various people all over the world that you use it, but we want to promote the 100 natural goodness. Because what we find is we meet people wherever you go, wherever they come from, worldwide. There's nothing like this. There's nothing like this. You know what I mean? I remember being on your stand in crafts. I was talking to you and you had a couple of guys, I think New Zealand, wasn't it?

Yeah, yeah. And they were saying exactly the same thing. There's nothing like this that we can find in New Zealand. Yeah. And we're in conversation with, with them and that's great. And that's all just about the dealing with the shipping over there to deal, what amount to send first and whatever, because what's going on globally. But I don't need to get into that. This isn't a politics show. No, let's try not to. So how does someone become a brand ambassador for Tilly and Family? Is there a process?

Do you, do you Just approach us. They. They just approach us. We've been approaching certain people who we think fit our kind of ethos as well. Yeah, yeah. Just approach us. Join us on Instagram and I'll myself or Laura or Alice will have a chat with you, see what you. You can do. The idea is getting out and about as well. It's making, it's educating as well. Do you know me, get to the dog shows, get to the market, educate pe. The amount of people that say to me at the moment that they wash their dogs in a river and then I say, what's in that river?

Well, yeah. And they go, oh. I said, where's your dog sleep? Oh, on my bed. Brilliant. You're bringing back human whatever into your house and then they buy. Boom, boom. Great. Do you know what I mean? It's about education. I'm not saying that people don't want to help their dogs, they just don't know. Do you know what I mean? And, and like I said, the glove is ideal for a, for a dog walk. If you've got, if your dog does go into the rear the river, you've got something there straight away to just give them a clean down.

Yeah. I'm going to put one of those bars in the van with a bottle of water and then we don't have to make the van stink so much of fox. We do a walk as well. Wow. Which is part of the thing. So what you get for a walk kit Alice is running out. Yep. She's going to get one thought. She just, she was unwell there for a minute.

She's going to get one. So what we do is you get, we get, you get a glove, you get a shampoo bar, you get a poor bomb in the bag and that is for your caravan, your van, for your. You know what I mean? You leave that in there. You know what I mean? It's perfectly. You don't bring that into the house. It's for your car. There we go. And again, if, if groomers are interested in, in this kind of stuff, is that something that they could buy in bulk from you and then sell?

Oh, totally. That is what we've lo. We launched it about two weeks ago. We've got the offer going till July. Yeah, July where? So the idea is if you can't see this, like I said, if you're listening, when you buy a certain amount of groomers bars and we can cater to any amount of. But you know what I mean, we do a groomers bun we ideally want for your salon you're going to do we do. We. We created this deal for an average of 16 dogs per.

Per week. Okay. Which we kind of worked out was what people, what the groomer does at home or if they're on their own, they will get 4,000 gram bars. The ones that I've just shown you, that 40 of those. And in order to get those for free for the whole year, you have to sell on to the mums and dads. 60 of these little doggy bags. The gift packs. The gift packs to the mums and dads and 15 poor bombs. No, 30. Sorry, I take that back.

The 20 of the big ones. No, I tell a lie. I've got that wrong as well. Bill. I'm re. Re reading. It's 20 of those, the small one. So it's 60 pores and 20 small bombs. And once they've sold those, their shampoo is done for the whole year. Groomers don't be. That's not the only deal that we do. We will cater. We've got a guy who we met at the weekend, he's got a salon that's huge. He does 60 dogs a week. We'll cater for him on that and there'll be a discount on that as well.

We want groomers worldwide to have this, but to also get to. We want them to make a profit as well. So once they've sold those, they could get more. And it's pro, it's profit for them. So effectively they're kind of buying in at trade price, putting a markup on the bars and selling to those customers to make some.

And it's a, it's, it's a win, win. It's a one. I can see actually. So I can see where some of this can fit in. So we offer a puppy package at our grooming salon. So when they come in for a puppy package, they get some, they get a little pot of treats, they get some little puppy toys, a little book about how to stop your puppy from biting you. And I can see. Do you have like a puppy, like a little bar for customers? So we could add that to our puppy package.

Where is the puppy one? Where is Tilly? There, Just there. Yeah, that there. Look how cute that looks. Who wouldn't want to get that for that? Yeah, for a groomer they buy for a certain amount but you sell it for six quid and it's a 50 markup for them. So I'm not going to say the amount, but if you're fairly good at math, you can work it out quick maths. But yeah, I'll have a. Have a chat with you actually. Off. Off the podcast and talk about that because that's a great addition to our puppy package.

Yeah. As well. But you don't have to buy the groomer's bars for this deal. If you just want the paws to sell on, you can. But Laura and I came up with the, with the idea use the shampoo as well and then it's paid for. Once you've done that. Yeah, yeah. And then we've also just about to introduce a kitten package as well. So when you have your, your cat shampoos online, I won't say the name. Now because someone nicks it, but it's very good. I'll tell you afterwards.

It's very good. So, yeah, if you do, will you be doing a kitten shampoo as well as a cat? Yeah. I mean, if you wanted to be the first one to try that out, I'll make some nice. Yeah. You know what I mean? If you want to. It's just we need somebody who does that, who's on board with what we do. I'm not going to make thousands of bars. Yeah. You know what I mean? Because I don't. You know what I mean? I know that the shampoo will work on cats, but I don't, I don't have a cat.

I'm not going to try and say I know how to do this. Do you know what I mean? I'll have to run it past my wife. She's. She's happy to be the, the guinea pig. Guinea pig. It will work. It's. It won't harm them because it doesn't harm dogs or horses or it wouldn't even harm guinea pigs. Better say, is that the next shampoo bar? The guinea pig bar? Yeah, the guinea pig bar. If you want to play that role, Bill, that's fine with me. I'll be fair.

You know, when we come into spring, we see a lot of guinea pigs and a lot of small animals within the salon because, you know, they, they get taken out of their runs to be put outside. And I think the owners sort of look at them go, oh, my God, it's a mess. And this will work on them. There is a lot of, you know, poo around the back ends and stuff like that that we have to, you. Know, once they've got a glove just at home, if it's a, if it's a guinea pig or a hapster, you can buy one of these bars and it will last for forever.

With them, you just need to lather it up. Just clean them off. Clean that bum a. Ben, it's. It's how sick. I. I'll. I'll have a bit of commission on that guinea pig bar, then. All right, here we go. This conversation Offer. Bell. Offer.

But yeah, you know, there's so many thoughts, isn't it? We're not. We're just introducing the kitten package, so it'll be interesting to see how well it sells. But it'd be really nice to have some kind of, you know, like the. Like the puppy package. We give them a gift and the certificate and stuff. So it'd be nice to have something to go with the kit and sort that for sure. Yeah. Yeah. So where can people see you in the next. For the rest of the year? Are you doing any other shows like Groomfests and stuff like that?

We're doing Groomfest, we're doing Horse World. Got this awards this weekend, but that's not a show dogstival that we're at following weekend PA in the park.

We did load.

Yeah. There's a. We've just been asked this morning, in fact, to do the Southwest gr. South Wales grooming show. So I can't keep up with it at the moment. We're getting hope. Peak. Peak. People want Tilly to be everywhere, which is why we want brand ambassadors.

That'd be amazing to have brand ambassadors in every town that when a show comes on, they can go there, do it. They buy the stock, they make the profit. Yeah. Do you, off the top of your head, know the email or how to contact you? Is it just through the Facebook page or drop you an email? Tilly family on Instagram or T. Tilian family dot com. It's Tilly at Tilly and isn't it? Yeah, Tilly, tilly and. And family.com. or Alex or Alice or Laura. Yeah, yeah. That's how you gank.

But mainly, yeah, those channels. What? What? One thing I. I will say send an email, but Laura and I love to chat on. On the phone. Yeah. So explain it more. Do you know what I mean? I find the emails. What we've had is an email gets sent one week, we pick it up, it gets sent back and things just get delayed. Whereas people call me. I'll come and find you at the show. Yeah, excellent. Excellent. Well, it's been nice to catch up with you. Pause in the park as in Kent, isn't it?

Yeah. I'll have to have a look at the dates. Maybe we can catch up for some dinner. Because that's where I'm. Where I'm. That's my base. Yeah. Like I said, I've got a calendar that's just red, just full.

Did you plan it to go this big? Did you ever think in your wildest dreams that it would just take off? Well, obviously there's always that thought when you own a business that you. You want it to explode and you want to be.

I didn't expect in this short amount of time for this amount of interest globally. Lord. I were thinking nationwide. But when we do the. When people from all over the world, the minute they see it, they want it. So it's amazing. We need to structure it in the right way so that it. So that we can cater for everyone, which we can do. But for example, there's a company we're speaking to in Canada at the moment that will then be a huge amount. So the factory I'm in now will have to double.

Wow. If. If there's groomers, you know, that are listening to this in Canada, New Zealand. I'm trying to think where my reaches Australia and stuff. Can they contact you and can you generally ship, you know, probably larger quantities out first? We can like, we do it now. Now. But I'm just saying, like, honestly, we've got to structure it right so we can cater to everyone. Definitely made. We're not going to be grabby at things, you know what I mean? Definitely. Well, it was lovely to catch up with you and it's great to have that update and I look forward to.

We're going to pop on the website and get a. A puppy sample. A horse. A horse bar. You know, it's like a, you know, like a sales call.

Organize a podcast with you and I've ended up on a sales call. Well, there we go. There we go. That's what I like to do, Bill. Excellent. Well, thank you for your time, Alex, and we'll see you all soon. Take care. Good. Good work.
