EPISODE ARCHIVETalking Teeth with The Dog Tooth Fairy
🎧 This Week’s Episode: Talking Teeth with The Dog Tooth Fairy:

Dental care is becoming a bigger part of modern grooming, and clients are starting to expect more than just a clean and tidy trim.
In this episode, Bill is joined by Anastasia Waugh, also known as the Dog Tooth Fairy, to talk about the launch of the brand new
Neo pet toothbrush
, debuting at Crufts.
They break down:
What makes the Neo different from other pet toothbrushes
The upgraded ergonomic design and why that matters for groomers
How its settings cater for different dental needs
Why early dental care can prevent serious health problems later on
How groomers can confidently talk to clients about oral hygiene
Dental work can feel like a tricky subject to raise with owners. But as Anastasia explains, preventive care is far easier and far kinder than dealing with advanced dental disease.
If you’ve been thinking about adding dental services to your salon, or you want to educate clients more effectively, this episode will give you practical insight and fresh confidence.
With the official launch happening at Crufts, this could be the start of a shift in how groomers approach oral health in the salon.

Welcome to the Pet Grooming Business Podcast with me, Bill Betts, where we give practical business advice to help you grow your pet grooming business. This podcast is sponsored by Low Pay, the low rate payment app that gives you more. So without further ado, let's get going.
Welcome, everyone. Welcome to the next episode of our podcast. And today we are joined by Anastasia the dog Tooth Fairy. Welcome. How are you? Thank you, Bill. Thanks for having me. I'm great. I think we must do one of these once a year before crafts, don't we? We do. It's like our annual get together. Yeah. It's always good to like touch base with you, find out what's going on in the teeth cleaning world, see what's happening. But also in this one, we're going to be talking about the new Neo Amy pet toothbrush.
And that's quite exciting, isn't it? Yeah. So we've brought out a new toothbrush or me Pets brought out a brand new toothbrush which is going to be launched for the first ever time at Cruft. It's called the Neo and it's the best me pet toothbrush that they've brought to the market so far. So, yeah, I'm really excited to talk to you all about that and how you can get it, where you can get it. And yeah, I think we should put a little sweepstake together as to what time, because you're going to be selling this toothbrush at the crafts, aren't you?
But what time, like what time is crafts open? Eight o', clock, nine o'? Clock? Yeah. Is it like we're usually at the stand for about like 8 o', clock, 8:30. So, yeah. So what do you, what time do you think the first neo toothbrush would have been sold by? I think as soon as we open the stand. 45. Yeah. Yeah. So I have to speak, you have to speak to Angela and ask her just to note down or whoever's on the stand, like note down what time the first toothbrush gets sold.
Yeah. Just to see how quickly it goes out the door. I think a lot of people are getting hyped up and excited about this toothbrush when this, when they're seeing it because we've talked about it on our social media platforms, but I think generally groomers just love spending money at craft. I don't know if it's because it gets to the closer to the end of the tax year. Isn't it like the April get rid of your profit? Yeah. And people are just wanting to spend money. So groomers just go with the big granny trolleys, don't they?
And they just go, go around like Supermarket Sweep just to all the, the trade stands that they want to visit. It's definitely something that we'll be talking to our clients about because what, what the best thing to do now is as we come into March is to reset that savings potential, set a goal for how much they want to spend at Crafts 2027 and break that down into 12 monthly, you know, moving their money across to the pots for ready for 2027. Yeah, we love a pot.
Set these pots up so it gets rid of some of the, the spend stress, I suppose if it's all there and ready. Yeah. I used to be terrible with being able to see all my money in one place and having to budget it all. But like just having these, they're called Challenger Banks where you get all the pots and things and it's just changed my life, it really has, because I can have all my savings pots for my different things. It is definitely a mindset though, isn't it?
I understand where you're coming from sometimes if you look at your current account and the money's quite low and you're like, oh, where's all my money? But actually when you then look at your pots and it's like, that's where all my money is. It's all sitting there waiting and being organized. It's good. Yeah, yeah, love it. So I suppose my question is like, if it ain't fixed, why, if it ain't broke even, why fix it? So what's with the new version of the Me Pet toothbrush then?
What have they done? Why have they done it? I think me are always striving to bring new technology to the market and their best selling product is the Me Pet toothbrush. So they're always just, you know, moving forward with the technology. You know, the guys that own the company, like engineers and they're just really, really passionate about like technology and bringing things forward. And I think over the last few years we've, we've like had color changes, we've brought like the Pro forward, which was, had a few different features to the EMI PET 2.0, but the Neo is like a, a combination of quite a few pieces of technology off the old EMI Pet toothbrushes and it's almost like a three in one handset.
So in my opinion it's the best one that I've seen yet.
And I've been with EMI pet since about 2018 and I've got all the different toothbrushes over the ages, but this is definitely the best one that I've seen. You should definitely save them. I don't know if you ever go to any museums and they're like the first computer that's ever come out and they're like the first mobile phone, you're like, oh, I had one of those when I was a kid sort of thing. Well, I've still got my original one from 2018 that I bought off Angela Rollinson and it's still, it's still there, it's still going strong, it still works.
So yeah, I've got all of them. Nice. And do they before we go into the functions and do ME Pet, the designers, do they reach out to people like yourself, distributors and talk to you about the feedback that you're getting from end users and what they want to see or how things could be improved. Do they reach out for feedback like that? Sometimes they'll ask for suggestions, like if they're wanting to bring something out for Crufts, they would ask maybe for input and they might tell us about new products or new ideas that they're going to bring out and they send them to us to test.
But the NEO just came as a bit of a surprise. So this was a nice surprise before Cruft that they've brought this to the market and myself, Angela Rawlinson and Dawn Boot who are all working on the stand, we were all sent these Neo toothbrushes to try out on our pets. Nice. So maybe you can just go through the basic changes or what's changed with the neoconvert opposed to the Pro version. Yeah. So the toothbrush is a completely new design. So when you look at looks different to any other EMI pet toothbrush that has been in the past.
So the features that look different, it has a bigger panel on the front of it which has all these kind of space age looking buttons and things.
But on the back, which I really like, it has like a anti slip grip which I think is really good for dog groomers because when you're cleaning teeth, you know yourself the EMI pet can easily slip out of your hand. So this has got the ridges just to make it less slippy when you're working with the toothbrush. So when you turn it on it has the haptic switch in it just the same as the ME Pro. So it will let out a little short buzz just to let you know that it's on.
The reason that ME Pro put, put it into the Pro, which was the toothbrush before the Neo was because A lot of people were skeptical whether or not the toothbrush was working because you turn it on, there'd be a green light and they'd like, well, how do I know it's working? So they put the little vibration in just so that it vibrates when you turn it on. And when you turn it off, it also has got like a battery illumination there. So it's, it's very, very clear how much battery life you've got.
So it's between like 0 and 100, and it'll just tell you how much battery level you've got left in the toothbrush.
So it has three settings. So we have three different settings on this toothbrush. Now, the first setting, which is the lowest setting, is comparable with the Mepet 2.0 toothbrush. The medium setting is comparable with the Me Pro, which was the last model. And then we have the third setting or the intense setting, which is a lot more intense and you'll get, like, even better, quicker results. So I've tried this out on my dogs, and I would say that when you first start working on a client's dog's teeth, you might want to use set in one, just until the dog's gums adapt to the ultra ultrasonic treatment.
Because sometimes when you use me for the first time, particularly if the dog's teeth or the dog's, you know, the dog's dental health has been neglected for a while because the ultrasonic waves work on a cellular level to stimulate all the blood flow and circulation to the gums. You can see a bit of blood spotting. So I wouldn't recommend going all guns are blazing with this toothbrush on the intense setting with a new client. So. So you could build it up progressively, you know, session by session.
But if you had a dog whose, you know, gum health wasn't too bad, you might be able to, like, use the intense on their teeth in that session. But that's, that's one of the main differences. So it's like a three in one toothbrush, if you like. This podcast is sponsored by Low Pay. Low Pay is half the price of Sumup and Zettle. So you keep more the money that you earn. Rate start at 0.79%. And did you see any when you're using it on your dogs? Like when you went from setting one to the.
So the most, like, setting three, the most powerful setting, did you notice anything with your dogs? Did they notice it? Did they, like, move their heads differently or. You know, I hadn't noticed anything different with my dogs, but yeah, I suppose every dog's different, so might have to try it on some different dogs to see if that changes at all. And is there any difference in the toothpaste that you have to use? Toothpaste is exactly the same. They have, however, changed the design of the toothbrush heads.
So the toothbrush heads, now we'll just get this toothbrush head off here. They're operating on a four pin system instead of a two pin system. So they're emipet toothbrush heads which are interchangeable and they've always had two pins in them, but on this new Neo, they've got four pins. So this does mean that for dog groomers, when they're switching over to the Neo, the clients are going to have to switch over to the new toothbrush heads.
Now, I know that this has caused a bit of a discussion on some of the, you know, the social media posts and things, which. That's very polite discussion. Yeah, I've actually seen any of it, but yeah. So a lot of groomers have been concerned that they're having to switch all of the brush heads over. But I would say, as I've always delivered in my training, the toothbrush heads should be bought by the client from the groomer so that the groomer's not out of pocket in any way by operating this service.
Because sometimes you'll get a dog that likes to chew and destroy the brush heads. Now, it shouldn't be up to the groomer to buy those fresh brush heads every time just because the dog likes to nibble them.
So I've always said that the groomers should sell the brush heads to the customer, you know, like a tenner or whatever they want to charge them out at. So therefore groomers can have the discussion with the customers and say, there's this, we're bringing in a new toothbrush. You're going to get a lot quicker results in less time. It's a lot more enhanced service that I'm offering. But you're going to have to buy a replacement brush head because it's got a new fixture. Yeah, or another, another thought I had, which we discussed before recording this, was if you've got the ME pet toothbrush and then you buy the Neo, you could just do a phased introduction, couldn't you?
So when the ME pet toothbrush head needs replacing, you then switch over to the, to the Neo, I suppose. Yeah. So you could do a phase transition if you opt to keep your old ME pet toothbrush on the go. But some groomers, if they're like gonna Buy the Neo Crufts. They might actually want to sell their old device, like especially overspent and overindulged at Croft. But yeah, if you're keeping the two, you could just phase it in gradually like that. That's a great idea. Do they. Do they come with the same charges or is everything completely different?
Do you know, I've left my charger downstairs actually. But the, the really good thing about the charger is it's now USB charge, so it's none of this. We used to have like in the plugs and yeah, we had the like European forked with an adapter attached to it. So now it's all usb. It's like this nice sleek little circle and it looks spacage. It looks a bit like a ufo. I actually really like the charger. So, yeah, we've had improvements on the charger, improvements on the device.
It's just a big uplift, isn't it? Facelift and an uplift in what. What you're getting? Yeah, yeah. And I think people are going to love it. And so far a lot of people are putting pre orders in with myself, D and Angela, so just to make sure that the product doesn't sell out at Croft, because sometimes we do get to like the Sunday and we'll sell out of things. So particularly if anybody's attending the show over the weekend, they might want to pre order just to make sure that they've actually earmarked their device and you don't pay anything.
You just like literally contact myself, Dawn Boot or Angela Rawlinson and you can say, can you put me one by? And we'll put the groomer's name on it. So we'll hold it for them. Nice. And are we allowed to discuss prices? Yeah. So the show deal price on the Neo, it's really good actually. So it's £200 and you get the Neo with the charger. You're also going to get eight brush heads, you're going to get six tubes of the EMI pet paste, you're going to get one of the tartar eraser tools, you're going to get some of the Happy Dent, the oral spray for dogs and you're going to get four packs of wooden rosewood sticks.
Nice. So if you charge out your brush heads at 10 pound a pot, you've pretty. You've made almost half the price of the. The brush. Yeah, yeah, that's. That's correct. It will pay itself quite quickly when it. Yeah. I love your mathematical brain, Bill. It's brilliant. I've Never passed maths but you know, it just makes it, you know, it just comes when, when you find a topic exciting and interesting, everything becomes easier, doesn't it? Yeah, I think it's like business maths is more exciting because you can link it into practice and you can link it into how much profit you want to make and things.
Yeah, it's, it's always interesting. So the Neo is going to be on sale. I reckon the first one will be sold by 8:45 on the, on the Thursday morning. So message me, wouldn't you know the time it goes off and obviously I'll come over to the stand and help you sell some more. But you know, it always interests me that I still see posts and there's one today in the Facebook group saying, you know, is teeth cleaning worth it? And it always sparks an interesting discussion. We'll call it a discussion.
And obviously we've all got. There's some very strong opinions out there, but from one extreme to another. But what I find is a lot of people focus a lot on I can't get the results or I'm worried I won't get the results or how do you get the results? And I just wondered if I could pick your brains over the word results because I think that's maybe a little bit of a misleading word when it comes to teeth cleaning. The result.
And I sometimes think of it like if I brush my teeth every day, what's. I study my teeth to see what the result is of, of cleaning them. Probably not. The result for me is going to a dentist every six months and praying that there was no issues and I don't have to have any, any fillings. So how would you describe when teeth cleaning for dogs what a result would be?
So I think that the results with me pet are completely individual to the dog. So every dog's different and the variable factors that come into play when you're working with the dog's teeth are different. So what affects how quickly or how slowly that, that me PEP treatment will take for that dog is factors like the dog's age, the dog's diet, the dog's overall health and how long has the plaque and tartar been left there for like that? I think that with the teeth cleaning it'll always be really polarized because you've got some groomers out there that are taking things into their own hands and going really heavy handed in using tools that they shouldn't be using to like flick away loads of tartar in the first session and do this incredible Almost like look incredible looking, almost like anesthesia free dental.
And what we've got to think about all the time is the gum health. And really that's the foundations for everything. So we've got to use the ultrasonic toothbrush, make sure that the gum health is there first. So we use the toothbrush, we calm the gums down and when the gums are looking nice and healthy, then we can start using the little wood rosewood sticks to see if the tartar will flick away. If it's not ready to come away, it shouldn't be forced because it can be released then become quite stressful for the dog.
An Emmy pet should always be something that the dog enjoys. And not every dog is suitable for the me pet. So some dogs really, really need to go to the vets and have dental work. Some dogs, their behavior isn't right where you're going to get the right results for that dog because the dog's too nervous or the dog's aggressive.
So the key really is not setting yourself up for failure with using the toothbrush. And I would always say for people that don't enjoy doing the me pet, like I think I seen a comment today where someone was like, I hated it and the dogs hated it as well.
But I do really feel like it's an energetic exchange because like I absolutely love doing it in my, in my grooming salon and because I seen it as this kind of meditation Zen activity where I was put my meditation music on and I would just be swaying from side to side, Zen and out with the dog that like my energy like transferred to the dog and vice versa. Whereas when I, when I was grooming I bloody hated nail clipping and I would always pass that on to my employee because she had a better energy around nail clipping than me.
Whereas I was always getting a bit anxiety and thinking, oh God, I've got to do this. So that transfers onto the dog. So I feel it's exactly the same with me pet. And I would always advise if someone's heart isn't in it, then maybe it's not right for them to be offering that. Maybe if they've got an employee that enjoys it more, maybe they could do it. Yeah, I kind of, the way I kind of see it, I suppose, and I might be wrong, but if a, if a dog is able to, or if a dog is suitable to have me pet cleaning, then, you know, maybe the result is the fact that we're just cleaning their teeth and the fact that they've probably gone years without having their teeth and gums even cleaned, that probably is a result for the dog.
Never in the mind, like, any tartar that's come off or anything like that. It's just. I think it's a result just for the dog to have some kind of dental care. Yeah. And I think, like, with some dogs as well, even just settling them into that first session, which I think is really, really important, like, getting them used to having the toothbrush and the sensation of it all, like, not to want to push the dog through the first session and think, I must get all this plaque and tartar off because I'm trying to impress the client.
It's more important in that first session to get your dog really grounded and stable and accepting of the treatment, because that'll pay dividends going forward for your future sessions where you might get more results in that second session because you've got a lot calmer dog that you've spent that time getting it used to things. Yeah. And I think Emma, when we had our groomers and we were offering Emmy pet, Emma would be sort of saying to her staff and to her customers, why are we waiting for plaque buildup?
Why are we waiting for the dog's mouth to become disgusting? And why are we waiting for problems to arise? You know, if we've got a dog in front of us that's got nice pearly teeth and nice gums, why not, you know, introduce them to teeth cleaning now and prevent anything from happening and get the dog used to it. We don't have to wait for it, do we? We don't have to wait for it to get really bad. Yeah. And I think that the best time to start is in those puppy packages when the dog is in the early stages of its life.
Yes. It's going to lose those puppy teeth and they're going to turn to adult teeth. And some people would argue, what's the point in cleaning them? But from a behavioral point of view and familiarization, it is really important. And actually, as well, when puppies are cutting their teeth, it can be quite painful experience teething. And the ultrasonic waves can actually soothe the gums and help in a healing way like that. Yeah, definitely. And we've had referrals coming from the vets where dogs have had dentals and they've had work done within their mouth, and they've actually been referred in for the ultrasonic work on the gums to help with the healing, with the blood flow, you know, calming this, Calming the gums down and helping the gums to heal.
So you know, this sort of stuff's not remembered either, is it? You gotta remember the benefits. Yeah. And I think that would be a really, you know, an ideal world would be working in a two way system like the relationship that you've got with your local vets where they'll send work to you, you'll send work to them and vice vers. And you know, there is an ideal client for me pet, and there's an ideal client for veterinary dentistry. And the two things shouldn't be seen as competition, they should be seen as collaboration.
I sent so many cases to my local vets, but unfortunately for me, my local vet wasn't happy that I was offering EmipAir. But I think definitely groomers are on the shop floor. They're seeing those dogs regularly and they're the ones that will see those teeth, you know, every four weeks, every six weeks and just be able to stop the dental disease from progressing any further before it gets to the point of no return. Because often dogs are just going to the vets maybe sometimes once a year, once every three years, depending on what the vet's booster jab cycle is.
Because some vets say like annually and some vets say every three years. But dogs aren't going to the vets as often as the groomers. So a lot of times these dental, dental health conditions get missed. Yeah, yeah. And you know, we have a saying on our program like lift the lip and even if you lift the dog's lip and you can see that, you know, it's pretty disgusting in there and there's lots of decay and plaque, you know, you're adding value to your customer by saying, look, I've, I've checked your dog's teeth today.
I really recommend you, you go to the vets and, and have them checked out. But like you said, also like getting into the puppy packages so that we can try and help these dogs from they dot and maybe not ever have to go to the vets for dental. Imagine that. Yeah. And if we think about it like you've got Scarlett, your daughter, and I've got kids, you know, we didn't wait for our kids to go to the dentist and go, oh my God, they're full of, their teeth are full of holes.
Before we started brushing them, we started them very, very early to try and prevent that. And I don't people, I don't know if people have, they kind of see. It doesn't connect, does it? Sometimes? No. And I think some, some clients really will take care of the dog's teeth and they're sort of checking them all the time and brushing them. But for a lot of people you just seem to think that dog's teeth are going to self clean somehow. And I think it goes back to dogs in the wild and you know, their diets are really different.
You know, they're having meat and raw bones and that really helps, you know, the sort of, the chewing really helps to get all of the, like the foodstuffs and the bacteria, it helps to sort of clear it all away. But a lot of our modern commercial pet diets aren't always the best for dogs. They don't always have the best ingredients in them and sometimes some of them can be really counterproductive to dogs dental health. But then owners are doing nothing in between at home as well. So it's just, just, it's an epidemic really for the dogs.
Yeah. I think as groomers I suppose it'd be great to not shy away from the topic and you know, do some educational work with owners, talk to them. And when you, when you're talking to owners about me pet, it's not just like sign up and buy this, it's an educational progress, isn't it? Process. It's an educational process, walking the client through the physical process, but also how to look after the teeth afterwards. You know, pros, cons, what's going on, what's not, you know, know, it's managing those expectations with the client, isn't it?
Yeah. And I think like when you're at emipet level it's a lot more affordable whereas if it gets beyond that and some dog's teeth are absolutely like, they're just, they're just horrendous when they walk through the door. Yeah. And when they get to that level, that's that point of no return. And when some owners are being presented with like, well, it's going to cost you this much, it's going to cost nearly a grand, all in a oner and they haven't got the money for that and they just have to let the dog continually suffer.
It then becomes really difficult to manage because what are you gonna do? Are you gonna just let your dog's teeth rot away until the day it dies? It's not nice for the dog, but it's fully preventable if you start early enough with the ultrasonic toothbrush. That's where the passion comes in, isn't it? Because like you said, it's preventable, it is helping the dogs and that's where your passion comes into, you know, the key Focus here is helping the pet, isn't it? Yeah, it's always about helping the pet and, you know, educating the owners as well, that it's something that the dog's gonna need, not just.
It's not just a one off, it's not just a quick fix. You might need quite a few sessions to get the teeth back to the former glory and then you're gonna need top up sessions or maintenance sessions regularly tied in, maybe with the grooming. But it's gonna be an ongoing process.
Yeah, yeah. So Crofts is coming around. It's. It's come around quickly. Are you looking forward to it? Is there any one particular you. I think you get tied to the stand, really, don't you? Do you get time to look around it? I get time to look at the toilets.
That's about as far as I get. No, it's nice to see the dogs on the stand and see some of my lovely customers, you know, that come up and say, hi.
I don't really get far to see much at the show, but it's just nice to have that lovely buzz on the stand and you always come by and say, hi, it's nice to see you and a few other people that come to the stand. Yeah, it's great. It's nice to float around because like I was saying earlier, I get the chance to actually walk around and say hello to all the different stands. Whereas if you're on a stand, you're sometimes pinned down for, like, it every. Every day, aren't you?
Yeah, I see. I see more of it, like going back to the hotel at night and putting the TV on. But you normally get a better, A better view of everything, don't you, watching it on tv. Do you have any, any demonstrations going on or anything like that? Any guest appearances? Yes, we're going to be doing live demos on the stand. So dawn brings her dogs along and she will be doing demonstrations with the Neo toothbrush. Check out the results. Yeah. What's the result? Yeah, that'd be an interesting one for her to cover as well.
And just to see how the dogs handle it, I take it they're. Well, they're well versed to having their teeth cleaned now. Yeah, they're sure dogs. So they're quite used to all of the. The chaos of dogshore world. So I suppose in Crofts, when they're, when they're checking. I think when the judges are looking at the dogs, they are checking the teeth, aren't they? That's part of the, the checks that they do is it is me pet quite big in the show world. A lot of owners show me sort of buy it for themselves.
Yeah. So Dawn, Dawn Boot, she off our stand. She goes a lot to the. To the champions. And a lot of the, you know, the dog shows up and down the country and it is quite big for the dog show people because they do check that, you know, the dog's dental confirmation and if it's got like the correct bite and stuff, which, you know, gives more points. Don't quote me on this because I'm not dog show person. But yeah, that looking at the dog's teeth is. Is part of it as well.
So the toothbrush is pretty popular in the dog show world also. Yeah, that's interesting. I wonder if they get the same sort of pushback as groomers do. Yeah, I mean, I. I think dog show people tend to be using it more for their own dogs and the shore dogs and things, whereas groomers are operating as a service. So I think groomers do you often get, you know, it can be quite polarized sometimes in the industry. So tell us a little bit about your services. If people have not met you before or heard our podcasts and stuff, how do you help?
So I am the Dog Tooth Fairy. You'll find me on social media, Facebook, Instagram. I've got a YouTube channel with videos, and I've just brought out a podcast this year, which has been one of my things on my to do list for the last God knows how long. But I've finally done it and I've got a podcast as well. So there's a few podcasts on there that you can listen to if you're interested about the Emmy Pet. So the podcast's called the Dog Tooth Fairy Talks Teeth, and you'll be able to find that on Spotify.
How are you finding it? How are you finding running your own podcast? It's okay, Bill, but I'm still like, I'm still getting to grips with the tech side. I've still got a master, the intro and outro a bit yet. It's, it's. It's work in progress, but I just think better done than perfect. So that's it. That's it. Imperfect action beats perfect in action, doesn't it? Yeah. And are you looking to get guests on there or is it just yourself talking about issues and outfits and stuff? Yeah, I will be looking to get guests as well at some point, but I'm just, at the moment, I'm just doing a few on my own and getting familiar with the tech and getting, getting used to all that side.
But yeah, I'll probably be looking for guest like springtime, like later spring. So, yeah, I'll invite you on. Excellent. What's it called again? The Dog Tooth Fairy Talks Teeth Dog Tooth Fairy Talks Teeth.
And what courses do you have running at the moment? So I have a few different ME Pet courses at the moment. I've got my core training which is just.
It helps support you if you're going to be offering me pet in your pet business. So it's like it covers everything you need to know to get you started.
So there's that training which I run on Thursday evenings, seven till nine, and you can attend it live where you can ask me questions on the live or you can do the downloaded webinar version and that comes with a certificate and you also get added to an aftercare support group. There's no membership fee attached to that support group. You get put into it if you do my training course and you can just tap into it for ongoing support from myself and from all the other communities members.
Nice. I also have some confidence building webinars. So there's a series of quite a few webinars on different topics. So one of them is like when and when not to Use Me Pet. So that goes through different case studies of when you should be using it, when you should be referring those dogs to the vet. One of them is managing your client expectations when you're offering the service. So that's really good of how to communicate with your clients about the service. Nervous and how like learning when to say no because some, some people might struggle to say no to customers.
So yeah, I do have like a confidence bundle which is all of the webinars put together as well. And I have. There's one of the webinars when and when not to Use Me pet. And there's 50% off that till the end of February because it's Pet Dental Health Month in Feb. So yeah, you can check all of them out on my website.
